The 6th Ing Cup started in Shanghai a few days ago - on April 30th, 2008, with 1st round. 2nd round was on May 2nd and third round on May 5th.
Reigning champion Chang Hao from China lost in second round against Cho Chikun from Japan. Semifinals have to be in September, when four last players have to persist fighting for the most prestigious international title. They are Liu Xing from China and Lee Changho, Lee Sedol and Choi Cheolhan from Korea. There is the table of results of previous Ing Cup (2004), with all games, on the same web page. |
